Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations and implementing company policies and proceduresSupervise and mentor team members, providing guidance, feedback, and performance coaching to foster professional developmentManage staff scheduling, time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needsMonitor team performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimizationHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly and effectivelyAssist in training new team members during onboarding and ensure they understand company standards and expectationsPrepare and maintain accurate reports on operational activities, sales performance, and team metricsCoordinate communication between departments and escalate issues to management when necessaryEnsure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local labor lawsContribute to inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention initiativesSupport the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and team engagementQualifications2-3 years of experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or management roleProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectivelyStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staffDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skillsProficiency with point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office SuiteCustomer service excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiencesAbility to analyze performance data and generate actionable insightsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reportingFlexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
