Shift Managers are responsible for:
Assisting the Restaurant General Manager with all facets of the successful operations for a Burger King Restaurant in all areas of People, Profitability and OperationsProviding a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employeesSupporting the Restaurant General Manager with all aspects of generating great operations as well as sales and profit growth efficiently and effectivelyAdditionally, candidates should exhibit the following behaviors:
Strong people-oriented leadership skillsExcellent communication skillsDrive and determinationSound decision-making and problem-solving skillsDesire for personal and professional growthUnderstand and be able to execute all operational proceduresUnderstand, execute and enforce all company policies and proceduresRequirementsWe are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with a company, preferably with at least one year of fast-food restaurant management experience and the hunger to move your career to the next level!
