This is an opportunity for a hands-on operator who enjoys developing people, building a strong culture, and maintaining high standards throughout the entire restaurant. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable engaging guests on the floor, coaching managers, reviewing financial performance, and stepping in wherever the team needs support. What You'll Own Lead all front-of-house and overall restaurant operations Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team Develop managers and emerging leaders through consistent feedback and accountability Maintain polished service standards and a welcoming guest experience Build relationships with regulars and lead effective service recovery Partner closely with culinary leadership to create strong FOH and BOH communication Manage scheduling, labor deployment, inventory, purchasing, and controllable expenses Analyze sales, labor, food and beverage costs, and other key performance indicators Drive revenue through local outreach, private events, and community engagement Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and employment regulations Establish a culture built around hospitality, teamwork, professionalism, and excellence What We're Looking For Recent General Manager experience in a polished full-service restaurant Experience leading high-volume operations and sizable teams Strong financial knowledge, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor, and cost controls Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop managers and hourly employees A visible, hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality Strong beverage knowledge and experience supporting bar operations Experience with private dining, special events, or catering is beneficial Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions during demanding services Stable career progression and a track record of producing measurable results The Ideal Leadership Style You lead from the floor and understand that hospitality begins with taking care of your people. You establish clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and remain actively involved in the guest experience.
