Responsibilities Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth daily functioning. Manage staffing schedules, interview prospective team members, and oversee staff training and development to foster a motivated and skilled team. Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to maintain quality standards. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Supervise shift management responsibilities including kitchen operations, food production, catering events, and bar or coffee service when applicable. Enforce health and safety regulations related to food safety management and sanitation practices across all areas of the restaurant. Drive team training initiatives focused on hospitality management, culinary skills, food safety, and operational procedures. Maintain open managerial communication with staff to promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards. Prior experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong background in supervising teams, conducting interviews, managing shift operations, and training staff in hospitality settings. Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting processes, profit & loss analysis, and food cost management. Experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is advantageous; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service. Knowledge of food handling regulations and safe kitchen practices essential for maintaining health standards.
