We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Manager who thrives in hospitality, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience every day. Manager is responsible for the daily operations, ensuring excellent guest service, operational efficiency, food safety, staff development, and financial performance. This leader will oversee multiple food concepts, coordinate with culinary and bar teams, and maintain the highest hospitality standards.Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Operations Lead all daily operations during scheduled shifts. Ensure exceptional guest service throughout the venue. Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards. Manage opening, shift change, and closing procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility. Ensure compliance with health department regulations and food safety standards. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally. Leadership Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members. Lead pre-shift meetings and daily staff communication. Create weekly employee schedules based on business needs. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance. Conduct coaching conversations and performance evaluations. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture. Financial Management Monitor daily sales and labor costs. Control labor percentages and staffing levels. Reduce waste and control food and beverage costs. Monitor inventory and ordering of food, beverage, and supplies. Review invoices and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist with budgeting and achieving financial goals. Guest Experience Ensure every guest receives prompt, friendly, and professional service. Walk the dining room regularly to engage with guests. Encourage and improve online reviews and guest satisfaction scores. Handle guest recovery situations with professionalism and urgency. Events & Marketing Support private events and community programming. Coordinate with the sales and events team for successful execution. Assist with promotions, special events, and seasonal offerings. Help drive repeat business through hospitality and community engagement. Qualifications 3-5+ years of restaurant, hotel, or hospitality management experience. Proven leadership and team development skills. Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and inventory control. Experience supervising multiple departments is preferred. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands. Preferred Experience Bar management experience. Catering or private event operations. Food safety certification (ServSafe Manager preferred). Alcohol service certification where required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
