Summary As a Breakfast Manager at Hyatt Place, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional breakfast experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and present breakfast items according to Hyatt Place standards. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area at all times. Assist guests with inquiries about menu items and dietary restrictions. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout the breakfast service. Set up and replenish breakfast buffet items as needed during service hours. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs. Prepare weekly team members schedules, supervise timecards, coach and counsel as necessary. Complete weekly food and beverage orders. Complete monthly food inventory. Order, prepare and present event food. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality role preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with catering or buffet-style service is a plus. Basic knowledge of dietary restrictions and preferences is beneficial.
