Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our vibrant restaurant, bar, lounge, and casino operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, lounge, and casino sections to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff including servers, bartenders, kitchen personnel, and supervisory staff through effective training and development Implement and maintain food safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling procedures Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste while maintaining adequate stock levels for all outlets Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking with accuracy Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, supervising staff performance, and resolving customer or operational issues promptly Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction strategies Coordinate food preparation, kitchen operations, catering services, and banquet events to uphold quality standards Foster a lively hospitality environment by managing customer service excellence and ensuring memorable guest experiences Lead staff training initiatives focused on culinary skills, food handling safety, team leadership, and hospitality best practices Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards with an emphasis on fine dining or casual dining environments Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and inventory management Strong background in restaurant management including shift management, kitchen management, and supervising hospitality teams Proven ability in managing food safety programs and ensuring compliance with health regulations Excellent managerial communication skills with experience in interviewing, team training, leadership development, and staff supervision Skilled in cash handling procedures along with basic math for financial reconciliation tasks Experience in managing budgets, conducting profit & loss analysis, and implementing cost control measures Ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Knowledge of catering operations, banquet services, bar management including mixology basics if applicable Demonstrated success in managing hospitality teams through effective training & development initiatives Join us as our General Manager to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding food & beverage experiences.
