We are a scratch kitchen rooted in the Flathead Valley, built on genuine hospitality and a simple idea: leave everything better than we found it, one person and one plate at a time. Our team runs on five values: Integrity, Accountability, Team, Respect, and Gratitude. The role We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead our dining room and grow into more. This is built for a rising hospitality leader, not a 20 year veteran. If you have a few years of front of house management behind you, a real love for guests, and you want a clear path to General Manager, we want to meet you. You will be a face of our business. You will set the tone on the floor, build genuine relationships with our guests, and hold a steady, professional standard with the team. Professional with the business, personal with the guests, and open to growing. What you will do Lead the floor and the guest experience shift to shift. Run pre-shift meetings and set a clear daily focus. Hire, train, schedule, and develop the front of house team. Uphold our service standards and our culture on every shift. Manage pacing, flow, reservations, and guest recovery. Handle cash procedures, daily reporting, and front of house labor. Coach the team and hold them accountable, fairly and consistently. Partner closely with the kitchen as one team, one house. Grow toward running the full operation as a General Manager. What you bring Two to four years of front of house management in a full service restaurant. A genuine, guest-first personality and calm command of a busy room. Sound, professional judgment with staff. A real hunger to learn and grow into a leadership role. ServSafe and TIPS certification, or the ability to earn both on hire. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. What we offer Base salary of $52,000 to $80,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus.
