About Linger by Provisions Linger by Provisions is a coffee shop, wine bar, and cocktail and dessert bar in Historic Biltmore Village — a locally owned gathering place disguised as a neighborhood bar, unpretentious yet refined. Housed in the 1930 Biltmore Village Pharmacy, it's a single room that moves through the whole day: specialty coffee in the morning, a glass of something special after work, live music and celebration at night. It's built for the second hour, not the first transaction, where excellent product and warm hospitality are the same goal, expressed differently. It's a place to linger.
