Responsibilities and Duties Managing day to day operations - controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions Plans and executes the professional growth & development of a management team and crew members Knows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections Qualifications and Skills Must have QSR salaried management experience in the fast food industry A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others Effective communication and interpersonal skills Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment Effective knowledge of both food & labor cost controls Ability to strategically plan and drive sales Demonstrate excellent customer service standards Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays Proven reliability and high personal integrity Valid driver's license and vehicle Benefits Competitive salary Rich bonus program Career growth plans Any application or information you submit will be provided solely to the franchisees.
