Restaurant General Manager

Job Summary Fun & expanding sports bar/restaurant in search of a highly motivated individual with experience working as a manger. We are looking for someone energetic who is able to handle a vibrant staff and crowd. This role will provide an opportunity for leadership career growth and creativity/influence. We are a growing company with hopes of additional locations in the coming years and are in pursuit of a loyal, experienced manager to work alongside our Managing Partners. We look to our managers to inspire, train and develop their team on a daily basis.

O ur ideal candidate has:

Experience in a restaurant with high volume exposure in a full service restaurant In FOH, has experience working closely with wait staff and bartenders Has implemented marketing campaigns and helped increase revenue in both food and beverage In BOH, has experience running the line Kitchen experience ideally includes purchasing, safety techniques, quality control, portion control, presentation control, ticket timing, food/labor cost and inventory Ability to learn and bring new and "out of the box" ideas to their team Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for working and leading people. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport with customers and employees alike. Accurately execute and enforce all company initiatives and policies with improvement to quality, service and operations and ensure employee compliance. Skills Minimum 5 years restaurant experience Strong understanding of financials and P&L High-energy, motivational and fun personality Excellent problem -solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability/flexibility to work 45-50 hours a week including mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and/or holidays
