As a supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include: 1) Coordinating the development of residents' daily schedules within a home setting, in alignment with their Individual Support Plans. 2) Providing support and supervision to empower RSI residents in leading self-directed lives and actively participating in their home and community environments. 3) Cultivating a welcoming and professional work environment, serving as a positive role model for residents and staff. 4) Promoting the health, safety, and overall well-being of all residents. 5) Providing supervision to employees, which includes hiring and evaluating staff members. 6) Upholding and promoting RSI's Mission, Vision, Values, and Policies & Procedures. 7) Ensuring proper care and maintenance of assigned buildings, grounds, and vehicles. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a field related to human services, along with a minimum of two years of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as supervisory experience and a valid driver's license. OR Bachelor's Degree in a field unrelated to developmental disabilities, with a minimum of four years of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as supervisory experience and a valid driver's license. Education Required Bachelors or better in Human Services or related field
