Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house service and kitchen functions, ensuring efficiency and high standards of quality. Lead food preparation and cooking activities, maintaining consistency with recipes and presentation standards. Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs. Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team. Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards. Assist in budgeting, labor scheduling, shift management, and overall restaurant management to maximize profitability. Conduct staff interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a talented team aligned with our service values. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Support catering, banquet events, bar operations, or hotel-related food services as needed to diversify the guest experience. Implement training programs focused on food production, culinary techniques, hospitality management, and food safety practices. Experience Proven management experience within full service dining establishments. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within the food industry. Demonstrated supervising experience with team management responsibilities including interviewing and staff development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and reporting. Strong knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and food safety regulations. Experience in fine dining or hotel food service environments is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on training & development to elevate team performance.
