Kitchen Manager - $20-$24/hr The Club House Bites & Booze | South Charlotte / Ballantyne Looking for a hands-on kitchen leadership role where you can lead a team and still stay involved in the action? The Club House Bites & Booze is a busy neighborhood restaurant known for great food, live music, trivia nights, and packed game-day crowds. We're looking for an experienced, dependable Kitchen Manager who can lead our back-of-house team, maintain consistent food quality, and keep the kitchen running efficiently. Pay & Perks $20-$24 per hour depending on experience Full-time position Steady hours in a busy restaurant Supportive management team Opportunity to take ownership of kitchen operations Opportunities for growth What You'll Do Lead and supervise the kitchen team during shifts Work alongside the team on the line when needed Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation Manage prep and production to ensure the kitchen is ready for service Train, coach, and develop cooks, prep cooks, and dish staff Help create schedules and manage kitchen labor Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and receiving Control food waste and help maintain food-cost targets Ensure recipes, portions, and kitchen procedures are followed consistently Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department standards Oversee kitchen opening and closing procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and properly functioning kitchen Communicate effectively with FOH managers and restaurant leadership Help identify and resolve kitchen operational issues We're Looking For Previous kitchen management, shift-lead, or supervisory experience Strong line-cooking and kitchen operations experience Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Strong organization and communication skills Understanding of food cost, portion control, inventory, and waste management Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable Dependability and a strong work ethic Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed ServSafe Manager certification preferred
Pay:
$20.00 - $64,084.06 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
