We're seeking an experienced General Manager who knows how to lead from the front — inspiring teams, elevating standards, and building guest loyalty every day. Compensation & Benefits Base salary $85k-$95k with a structured monthly bonus program tied to performance Full Company Paid Health Insurance 100% Generous PTO Company-paid life insurance Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding restaurant group Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 4 years of full-service scratch restaurant General Manager experience Proven success leading high-volume operations with $8M+ in annual sales Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 50+ across FOH and BOH Strong P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting skills Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities Valid ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain promptly) Strong Wine knowledge Preferred Background & Skills Background in Italian cuisine a plus Wine Knowledge History of success with systems-driven multi-unit management company Familiarity with POS, scheduling, and reporting systems (e.g., Aloha, Toast, Compeat) Strong community engagement and ability to represent the brand with pride and professionalism
