Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, motivate, and develop team members. Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and overall team performance. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Monitor inventory, food waste, and labor costs. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, hosts, and other team members. Help increase sales, improve efficiency, and maintain profitability. Lead by example and create a positive, accountable work environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
