Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to ensure food quality and consistency meet our standards of excellence.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and maintaining stock levels.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to uphold our culinary standards and promote teamwork.
- Create and implement efficient kitchen schedules to optimize productivity.

- Collaborate with the management team to enhance menu offerings and develop new recipes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a scratch kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in kitchen operations, including recipe development, cost control, and inventory management.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type:
