Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team. As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring the highest quality of products and excellent customer service. Duties:

• Supervise bakery staff, including bakers, decorators, and cashiers
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for bakery operations
• Monitor product quality and consistency
• Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special orders or requests
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food service management role
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to supervise and train staff effectively
• Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
