Assistant Manager Lil' Ricci's | Raleigh, North Carolina Lil' Ricci's is coming to Raleigh, and Restaurants of America is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our opening management team! Restaurants of America is a multi-concept restaurant group whose concepts include Lil' Ricci's, Hooters, The Moon Saloon, and Triple B (Bourbons, Brews & Burgers). We're seeking a driven restaurant leader who is ready to grow their management career and help launch a brand-new location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in building the Raleigh team, preparing the restaurant for opening, leading daily operations, and creating an exceptional guest experience from day one. Training and Travel Requirement This position requires approximately eight weeks of training in Colorado before transitioning to the new Lil' Ricci's location in Raleigh. Restaurants of America will provide airfare and hotel accommodations. Applicants must be available and willing to travel to Colorado for the full training period. What You'll Do Assist with pre-opening preparations and help establish a strong team and restaurant culture. Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and developing hourly team members. Lead, coach, and motivate employees to drive performance and engagement. Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Ensure excellent guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost control. Maintain compliance with health, safety, food sanitation, and company standards. Support inventory management, vendor relations, and ordering. Help execute local marketing initiatives and promotions. Respond to guest concerns professionally and work to create positive resolutions. What We're Looking For A minimum of two years of restaurant management experience is required. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A hands-on leadership style and the ability to coach and develop a team. A commitment to excellent guest service and high operational standards. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits Eligibility requirements apply.
