General Manager - Blaze Pizza Holly Springs Blaze Pizza in Holly Springs is hiring a General Manager! We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, build a strong team, and deliver an excellent guest experience every shift. About the Role The General Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant team, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining brand standards, controlling labor and food costs, ensuring food safety, and creating a positive work environment for team members and guests. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and create a welcoming restaurant environment.
- Support hiring, training, accountability, and team performance.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence. Requirements
- Open availability is required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must currently hold a valid ServSafe certification or be able to pass the ServSafe exam.
- Previous restaurant management or general manager experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and lead by example.
