Main St and Union Cross & I-40. We are a Quick-Service Restaurant dedicated to providing high-quality food and exceptional customer service. We are seeking experienced restaurant leaders to run kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment with a focus on food safety and quality. Through the Foundations for Leadership program, you will undergo a tailored development journey designed to immerse you in our industry-leading systems, customer service philosophy, and values-driven leadership model. With hands-on coaching, immersive learning, and guided exercises, you'll gain firsthand experience in every aspect of Chick-fil-A's operation, while refining your leadership skills to prepare for success as a manager. Upon completing the program, you'll be ready to lead with confidence, fully integrated into the Chick-fil-A family.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills Previous kitchen management experience Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest Growth mindset Deliver hot food in a timely manner that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A quality requirements Ability to coach team members in behaviors including hustle, attention to detail, and maintaining a safe work environment Experience with inventory management and LEAN production Working towardsServSafe Certification Responsibilities:
Ensure that prep and production procedures are followed Conduct a daily in-process inventory to determine regular prep needs and assign catering prep Assign team members to respective positions and ensure all tasks are completed during the shift Ensure station cleaning tasks and cleaning calendar are followed Maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen, service yard, and dumpster area Provide coaching, written reviews, and accountability for all members of the kitchen team Coordinate with the Catering Coordinator to ensure that catering orders are fulfilled on time Achieve Health Inspection Ratings of 98% or higher Maintain adequate stock with clearly defined and organized locations Ensure that the kitchen has systems in place to ensure cleanliness Allocate at least two hours per week for planning, meeting, coaching, and accountability Constantly coach the team to the CFA standards regarding recipes, hold times, temperature, andLEAN Benefits :
