In this role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold high standards of food and beverage quality, and ensure smooth management of all bar functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and managing a thriving bar environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily bar operations, including food preparation, beverage service, and cleanliness standards Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties with integrity Monitor customer service quality, address guest concerns promptly, and create an engaging atmosphere Coordinate shift management, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts Skills Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) and cash handling procedures Excellent team management, supervising experience, and staff training skills Deep understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis effectively Exceptional communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing and team leadership Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence and food safety management Familiarity with kitchen management, food production processes, catering experience, and banquet operations is a plus Join us to lead a team in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
