Le Volte Oceanfront Dining & Venue is seeking an accomplished, passionate, and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our front-of-house team and cultivate an extraordinary guest experience. Located along the beautiful coast of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, Le Volte offers an elevated dining experience featuring hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, house-made pasta, an extensive wine selection, and breathtaking oceanfront views. We believe exceptional hospitality goes far beyond impeccable service. It is the art of making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. We are looking for a leader who understands that the smallest details create the most memorable experiences. Someone who anticipates guests' needs before they are expressed, recognizes returning guests, celebrates special occasions, and creates an atmosphere where genuine warmth and refined service come together effortlessly. The Role As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind Le Volte's front-of-house operations, service culture, and guest experience. Anticipate guest needs, recognize special occasions, and create meaningful moments that encourage lasting relationships and repeat visits. Ensure every guest feels valued, whether visiting for the first time or returning as a regular. Lead the team in delivering seamless, properly paced service with impeccable timing, presentation, and dining room etiquette. Handle guest concerns with empathy, discretion, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to service recovery. Inspire employees to take ownership of the guest experience and understand that hospitality is a mindset, not simply a set of service steps. Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, positivity, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality. Establish and reinforce elevated service standards, including coursing, wine presentation, table maintenance, and anticipation of guest needs. Coach team members to develop confidence, emotional intelligence, product knowledge, and a genuine connection with guests. Create a supportive yet accountable environment where employees take pride in their craft. Conduct ongoing service training and pre-shift meetings focused on hospitality, food and beverage knowledge, and guest experience. Foster strong communication between front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution. Fine Dining, Wine & Special Events Demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of fine dining cuisine, wine, cocktails, and food pairings. Oversee wine service standards and encourage continuous beverage education throughout the team. Collaborate with our culinary leadership on menu knowledge, wine pairings, and elevated dining experiences. Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive wine dinners, chef-driven tasting experiences, private dining, weddings, catering, and special events. Ensure each event reflects Le Volte's commitment to impeccable execution, personalized service, and genuine hospitality. Bring creativity and thoughtful ideas that enhance the overall guest experience. Restaurant Operations Oversee daily front-of-house operations with exceptional attention to detail.
