## Job Summary Local QSR is looking to hire experienced Restaurant Manager. We are seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in providing exceptional customer service. ## Duties

• Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee food production, including quality control and inventory management
• Coordinate shifts and schedules for staff members
• Provide training and guidance to maintain high standards of service per Brand requirements
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times ## Qualifications
• Previous experience in restaurant management
• Strong understanding of inventory control and shift management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment ##
