Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant/Snack Bar Manager/Events Coordinator to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining and beverage experiences. This role combines management responsibilities with bartending duties, requiring a versatile professional who excels in customer service, team leadership, and food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, hospitality management, and bar service, with the ability to oversee daily restaurant functions while engaging directly with golfers and guests to ensure an outstanding experience. Duties Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow Oversee turn menu food preparation, and food safety standards to maintain high-quality food offerings Prepare and serve beverages as a bartender, including mixing drinks and maintaining bar inventory through standard ordering and receiving procedures Handle POS transactions using Club Prophet POS, Gallus Golf App, and in house computer systems with accuracy and efficiency Supervise staff training, development, and participate in performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment Monitor inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage stock levels Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest and golfer's needs promptly and professionally Assist in event planning such as banquets or catering services when required Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and bar to uphold hygiene standards Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management, food service management, or hospitality management with supervising experience Working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Experience with POS systems and computer literate Cash handling skills required Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols Ability to manage and work shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service Strong communication skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively and handle customer interactions professionally Knowledge of catering or banquet experience preferred This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional to lead a vibrant team while delivering memorable guest experiences.
