Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable Driver/ Helper to join our team. In this role, you will pick up residential garbage and recycling. 95 percent of is in a roll cart that is dumped by the truck. , ensuring timely and safe collection. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork and safety, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Dump trash and recycling from houses. Deliver carts, mow grass etc. Navigate routes effectively, providing support for route driving. Maintain communication with the driver regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times while on duty. Skills Experience with truck driving or commercial driving is preferred. But not a must Ability to load and unload efficiently and safely after trained. Strong teamwork skills, with an emphasis on collaboration with drivers and other team members. Good communication skills to effectively relay information between the driver and other personnel. Capability to operate various types of vehicles, including those requiring manual transmission. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and route navigation.
