Reporting directly to store General Managers, this role will combine local marketing with hands-on event coordination and operational delivery. We are looking for someone who is motivated, experienced, and driven. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Marketing:
Execute a targeted marketing plan using sales calls, corporate networking, and local advertising to build new corporate and social catering pipelines.
Event Planning & Detailing:
Solicit, negotiate, and finalize catering contracts, banquet event orders, menu pricing, decor, and equipment logistics for functions.
Operations & Execution:
Coordinate food transport, client delivery, on-site staging, and event execution while maintaining strict hospitality and food safety standards.
GM & Kitchen Alignment:
Collaborate daily with store General Managers on kitchen prep timing, inventory, staffing, and Key Operating Statistics reporting.
Financial Performance:
Track event costs and hit or exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications & Requirements Driver's License:
Active, valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required.
Experience:
1-2+ years of experience in hotel catering sales, high-volume restaurant catering, or hospitality event management.
Education:
2+ years of post-secondary education preferred.
Certifications:
ServSafe certification required (or completed within 30 days of hire).
Availability:
