In this position you will assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations as well as recruiting, onboarding, and training of front of house team members, ensuring that the front-of-house (FOH) runs smoothly. You are ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction, making sure your staff is providing excellent customer service and following Company policies. You must also facilitate an effective line of communication between the servers and the kitchen.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train FOH and some BOH staff.
  • Set and maintain a shift schedule.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in both FOH and BOH.
  • Reports to Store's General Manager.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by quickly fixing any issues.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste and labor.
  • Facilitate quick and efficient communication between front and back-of-house (BOH).
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus.
  • Qualified candidates will have at least two (2) years of bar or restaurant operations management experience.
  • Proven customer service and experience delivery skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
