The Holiday Inn in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager oversees the sales, customer relations, staffing, and daily operations of our fine dining restaurant and our banquet operations. In this hospitality management position, reponsibilities include partnering with the General Manager, ordering, scheduling, and enusuring high guest satisfaction. The manager will also help with menu selection and planning, training, vendor management, coaching food service staff, and serving guests with a servant's hearts.
