Crafty Buffalo Kitchen + Taphouse, new restaurant in Downtown Salisbury. We are looking for an Experienced Assistant Manger to join our team, we are a high energy, fast paced, restaurant and bar. Assistant Manager:
Daily direct supervision of all staff and managers and on-going coaching throughout the shift to ensure all specs, standards and policies are being upheld. You love your job and it shows, you are happy, energetic and your enthusiasm reflects in your team. Hiring, training and discipline and documentation of staff and managers. Interacting with guests to ensure great service and hospitality. Ensure all menu items are prepared hot, fresh and to spec. Set sales goals, manage food, labor and supply costs, with entire P&L responsibility. Does weekly inventory to ensure accuracy and proper product levels. Analyze current and future staffing needs to grow the business. Write and/or oversee weekly scheduling with the Mgmt Team. Provide clear feedback through praise, coaching and counseling. Effective at listening to staff and managers to address quickly address concerns. Maintain Health Department standards at all times. Execute in house private events to facilitate growing the brand. Maintain a professional image at all times. Solves problems and removes obstacles to successful daily operation. The right candidate for this job has the following: Past experience producing and managing high quality food, following recipes and adhering to non-negotiable standards. At least 5 years experience working in food service in a fast paced, high quality food environment. At least 2 years experience in a leadership position. Proficient with computers and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven past record of advancement, promotion and job stability. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Flexible work schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays. 5 day, 45-55 hour work week.Job Type:
