What You'll Do:

As our General Manager , you'll oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring both our team and customers have an exceptional experience.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

✅ Leading and developing a top-tier team through hiring, training, and mentorship ✅ Ensuring a high-energy and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees ✅ Overseeing food quality, safety standards, and recipe adherence ✅ Managing scheduling, payroll, and operational efficiency ✅ Handling customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset ✅ Driving profitability and optimizing costs through food, labor, and operational management ✅ Taking full ownership of restaurant performance and making impactful decisions

Who You Are:
