We're a small, locally owned, intimate restaurant run by passionate people who genuinely love what we do. We're looking for a General Manager who feels the same way about hospitality and wants to help us take the restaurant to the next level. This isn't a corporate job where you're just managing from behind a desk. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of the team, lead from the floor, know our guests, develop our people, and have a real voice in where we go next. We're looking for someone who: Has restaurant management/leadership experience Loves hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Is hands-on, energetic, organized, and accountable Can lead and inspire a small team Has high standards and an eye for the details Is comfortable working days, nights, weekends, and holidays Enjoys being part of a locally owned business where your ideas actually matter Wants more than a job—you want to help build something What we offer: A chance to work directly with passionate owners, lead a close-knit team, influence the direction of the restaurant, and make a meaningful impact on a place with a strong local identity.
