Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within fast-paced restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of inventory control methods, food safety regulations, and food handling procedures. Proven leadership skills with experience managing hospitality teams, supervising staff training, and conducting interviews. Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as team leadership and managerial communication. Experience in managing diverse food service operations including casual dining, catering, or banquet services. Knowledge of food industry best practices related to culinary production, food safety management, and hospitality management.
