This segment is classified into two main product groupings - carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use. Scope of Role Corning is seeking a Warehouse Production Supervisor to lead all warehouse, packaging, and shipping operations — including inbound and outbound logistics. This role drives day-to-day operational execution, team development, and continuous improvement across supply chain functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations for packaging, inbound/outbound shipping, and warehouse inventory functions; develop and implement strategies to increase material velocity, reduce costs, and optimize customer service Ensure on-time domestic and international shipments in full compliance with government import/export regulations Analyze operational performance data and present findings and improvement recommendations to leadership Partner with operations, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and drive supply chain effectiveness Develop and coach department personnel through goal-setting, performance appraisals, and targeted feedback aligned with business and individual growth needs Serve as a functional resource for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms in coordination with system subject matter experts
