• Must be tenured … 3 or more years e xperience in a Area Manager level role Strong senior level Multi-Unit Experience is Required Experience in oversight of a market of 5+ restaurants QSR Restaurant or Fast Casual Restaurant experience required Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to productively resolve conflict Proven track record with achieving financial goals and overall control of restaurant financials Passionate about self-development and the development of others People focused, with an ability to inspire others Works with a sense of urgency and intent Ability to adapt in fast paced environments Values open and honest communication Must desire to have "Fun" at work
