Restaurant General Manager in Bismarck, ND Fun - Fast-Paced - Full Service Restaurant Now hiring an experienced GM who can hit the ground running. You'll oversee daily operations of a very busy and popular restaurant You 'll keep the floor tight while protecting food and labor costs You'll build a team that enjoys what they do and provides the highest level of hospitality to each guest

What You'll Do:

Hitting the numbers (P&l's, labor, food costs) Daily execution of a successful high volume restaurant operation including (front and kitchen) Hiring, training, and holding the team accountable Guest experience and providing the highest service standards

Position Requirements:

Solid full-service GM experience with at least 3 years experience A proven history of the P &L's and hiting key targets consistently Modeling leadership
