About the Role B&B Theatres is seeking an experienced, high-energy General Manager to lead our premier entertainment destination in Grand Island, NE! This is not your average theatre management job; our dynamic Grand Island location is a full-scale family entertainment complex featuring state-of-the-art cinema screens, bowling lanes, pickleball courts, an arcade, and our full-service restaurant, Sterling's. As General Manager, you will oversee all facility operations, lead a large multi-department team, drive revenue across multiple business lines, and ensure an unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do Multi-Facility Leadership:
Drive overall operational excellence across movie theater operations, bowling, pickleball, arcade, and restaurant execution.
Team Development:
Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor department managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Financial & P&L Management:
Manage site profitability, budgeting, labor costs, inventory control, and revenue growth strategies.
Guest Experience:
Maintain top-tier cleanliness, safety, and customer service standards throughout all areas of the complex.
Events & Marketing:
Help coordinate community events, leagues, and group bookings to maximize facility utilization.
What We're Looking For Experience:
5+ years of General Management experience managing complex, multi-revenue, or multi-facility venues in entertainment, cinema complexes, family entertainment centers (FECs), sports complexes, or high-volume hospitality.
Strong Leadership:
Proven track record of leading large, diverse teams across various operational areas (F&B, operations, guest services).
Business Acumen:
Demonstrated P&L responsibility, financial literacy, and experience managing operational budgets.
Adaptability:
