Job Description
Role Description 2nd Shift Lead is a working lead position. Primary responsibilities are to direct the activities of the team, fill in for the team as needed, and ensure performance of the plant is meeting and exceeding production goals. The Shift Lead will be participatory in all activities as a leader. Schedule is 4PM-12PM (Mon - Fri). Some 6th day work is required. Role pays overtime after 8 hours daily and after 40/week. All job offers are contingent on background checks, physical assessment, and drug screen (test includes marijuana). Role Responsibilities 70% Participate in and optimize shift performance: Direct the team's daily activities, back fill for absences, hands-on housekeeping, lead the team in basic maintenance as needed, running the front office when needed. 20% Maintain and improve processes and our ILC Resources Weeping Water property.
