Executive Chef Responsibilities:
Exceed the expectations of every guest every time•we focus on quality and our team Train, coach, and direct•set the bar high, set goals to exceed, and be the best Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable and thoroughly training and supporting individuals Control all costs and manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to the details
Executive Chef Qualifications:
Must have at least 5-10 years of progressive experience in the industry and at least 3 years as an Executive Chef Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, clear and direct communicator, a trainer with a coaching mentality, maintain a high rate of staff retention Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships•attitude and drive are everything A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
