Responsibilities Manage daily dining room operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and supervise dining room staff, fostering a positive work environment. Assist in interviewing and hiring new team members to build a skilled workforce. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Implement and maintain food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or food industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
