General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant High-energy, hands-on leadership style Strong ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a team Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls Commitment to excellent food quality, service, and hospitality Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and occasional late nights
