Job Description

Restaurant Floor Manager At Reyla, we believe great hospitality starts with great people. We're looking for an energetic, service-driven Floor Manager to lead daily operations, support our team, and help create memorable guest experiences. The Floor Manager serves as the Manager on Duty, overseeing service, coaching staff, maintaining standards, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. This role works closely with leadership to drive team performance, accountability, and an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support front-of-house service during shifts Coach, train, and motivate team members Ensure hospitality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift execution Monitor labor, service flow, and operational efficiency Maintain a positive, team-focused work environment
