Qualifications:

5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Proven success managing multiple restaurant locations and leading restaurant management teams. Strong background in operations, P&L management, food safety, labor management, and guest experience. Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.

Preferred:

Experience with a recognized QSR or fast-casual restaurant brand. Franchise operations experience is a plus.

Base salary:
