The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry and hospitality management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food production and inventory control. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff effectively and foster a positive work environment. Duties Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a mot Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and ensure timely delivery of meals. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field within the food industry. Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and food production standards.
