In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your management skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting where every shift counts. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts. Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and team management to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet safety standards and quality expectations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members while supporting ongoing staff development. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost control. Support kitchen management by coordinating food production, catering services, or banquet events as needed. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold high service standards. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety management. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership skills; experience in managing hospitality teams is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS along with cash handling expertise. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis. Strong communication skills for effective managerial communication and staff training. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is a plus; catering or banquet experience is advantageous.
