Responsibilities:
Develop new, innovative meal prep dishes that align with our brand and customer preferences. Manage all daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient production and consistent quality. Lead, train, and hold kitchen staff accountable to company standards. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance. Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships. Drive cost containment by minimizing food waste, controlling labor costs, improving production efficiency, and maintaining healthy food cost percentages. Work closely with management to improve processes and scale production.
Qualifications:
Executive Chef or Sous Chef experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with meal prep, catering, or large-scale food production is preferred. Proven ability to manage food costs, labor, and inventory. Creative mindset with the ability to develop new menu items. ServSafe certification is a plus. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the kitchen, leads by example, and can balance culinary creativity with operational excellence and profitability.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
