Quality Greens Kitchen is a fast-casual, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) inspired by the farm-to-table movement. We are committed to providing our customers with fresh, healthy, and delicious food options made from locally sourced, organic ingredients. Our mission is to make wholesome eating convenient, accessible, and enjoyable. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and organized Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and consistency, and maintain a clean, efficient, and compliant back-of-house environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong culinary knowledge and people-management skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations, including prep, production, and service Manage and train kitchen staff; schedule shifts and coaching Ensure consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance Control food and labor costs; manage inventory and ordering Collaborate with ownership/management on menus and operational improvements Enforce kitchen policies, procedures, and standards Oversee execution all catering orders Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Supervisor. Catering experience is a plus Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train kitchen staff Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods NYC Food Protection Certificate and / or
ServSafe Certificate Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
