REQUIREMENTS
Great with customer practices A leader and role model for the employees Minimum two 2 years restaurant experience Top-notch customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent leadership skills Must submit to a background check Previous managerial experience in restaurant industry required Knowledge of food safety standards a must P&L and food cost experience a plus Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing Team In 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first Dunkin' shop in Quincy, Massachusetts.
