About the Club Nestled on 245 rolling acres in Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey—just east of Philadelphia—Laurel Creek Country Club is southern New Jersey's premier private, family-oriented country club. Set within a thoughtfully developed residential enclave, the Club provides a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, supported by first-class amenities and personalized service. The Club features a championship 18-hole golf course, designed by Arnold Palmer, playing at 6,950 yards with a par of 71. Complementing the course is one of the largest practice facilities in southern New Jersey, including a full driving range, extensive short game area, and two putting greens. A Club-owned Golf Pro Shop supports the golfing experience. The 31,000-square-foot Clubhouse is a hub of year-round activity, offering formal and casual dining, member events, and stunning private event spaces, including a Grand Ballroom with seating for up to 175 guests. Members enjoy tennis, pickleball, aquatics, and a full calendar of social programming. The Club's culinary philosophy centers on scratch-made dishes and fresh, local ingredients, especially Jersey-fresh produce. With its rich traditions, vibrant member community, and a forward-focused approach, Laurel Creek Country Club is a standout destination for leisure, connection, and celebration. Key responsibilities This position reports directly to our Director of Food and beverage and is an integral part of our management team. The primary objective of this role is to be on the floor, actively leading the team and engaging in the membership. This position will be versatile and lead daily operations across multiple club outlets (main dining room, grill, banquet/banquet kitchen, pool/snack outlets, members events etc.) alongside the management team. Key Responsibilities include Train, schedule, coach, and develop front‑of‑house staff to deliver consistent, high‑end service Maintain service standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction for member experiences and events Assist in managing labor costs, inventory, cost controls, and reporting to assist the club in meeting financial targets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and club policies Required qualifications Restaurant management experience; prior experience in an upscale or fine‑dining environment strongly preferred Proven ability managing multiple outlets or a multi‑concept operation Strong leadership, communication, and guest‑service skills Solid understanding of P&L, labor management, inventory, and service standards Nights, weekends, and holidays are required What we offer Full‑time salaried position Completive salary will be commensurate with experience 401(k) with company match
