Job Description
Seeking an experienced restaurant manager with aspirations to thrive and excel in this industry. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4 years full-service restaurant experience, strong bar background a plus. This candidate will have strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and hold staff accountable, and also the ability to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches. This candidate will have the ability to maintain and grow a culture of caring and pride in our product and establishment. We are seeking an AGM with the ability and desire to develop into a GM who can run the show for many years to come. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional food service and hospitality management. Train and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Manage inventory control and food preparation processes to maintain quality standards. Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while enhancing the dining experience for guests.
